What makes the character of the Gan Chama Jewish kindergarten so special? We are sure that our children feel part of a Jewish Home, a Jewish family, a Jewish holiday. New generations grow up in today's world with its high technology. They must not only study but also grow to be healthy – both physically and mentally, communicate with their counterparts and to make the most of their childhood.

80 children age 3 to 6 attend the GAN CHAMAH kindergarten – a state recognized Russian language Integrated Educational program “ Istoki.” The curriculum also provides extra classes including:

•  Hebrew;
• Jewish traditions;
• swimming;
• gymnastics;
• individual lessons with psychologists and speech therapists if needed


Preliminary School

Six-years-olds and those who are nearly six attend individual pre-school studies. Children are taught math and reading in groups of 8-10 children.

Meals
GAN CHAMAH cafetria provides children with four meals a day. Shabbat and Kashrut are observed at the kindergarten.

Children with special needs receive special attention and are provided with proper nutritional supplements and specially designed programs and individual studying plans.

Overnight Group
Children attend GAN CHAMAH not only from Moscow , but also from the Moscow region. In 1993 the Overnight Group was organized for children who live far from school. The children come to kindergarten by school bus and stay overnight at school from Monday until erev Shabbat (Friday evening) and remain under the highly professional and skilled care of teachers, nurses and assistants. Children are also provided with additional food and programs.

School Security
The school territory of GAN CHAMAH is protected by video surveillance and professional security guards.
